REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

1. Right to Cancel (EU Customers)

If you are located within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without providing any reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

To exercise this right, please notify us before the 14-day period expires.


2. How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at support@varelley.shop and include:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return (optional)

We will respond within 2 business days with instructions and the appropriate return address.


3. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be returned within 14 days of delivery (we may accept returns up to 30 days as a courtesy);
  • Be unused and in their original condition;
  • Include original packaging whenever possible;
  • Show no signs of damage caused by misuse or improper handling.

Items that have been personalized or custom-made cannot be returned unless they are defective.


4. Return Shipping Costs

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Varelley will cover all return shipping costs and provide either a replacement or a full refund.


5. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error;
  • Depending on your bank or card provider, additional processing time may apply.

6. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@varelley.shop.

Please include photographs showing the issue. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.


7. Legal Guarantee

All products sold by Varelley are covered by the legal guarantees provided under applicable European consumer laws, including Directive (EU) 2019/771, protecting customers against manufacturing defects and products that do not conform to their description.

This guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.


8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards and digital vouchers;
  • Personalized or custom-made products;
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling;
  • Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons where applicable.

These restrictions do not affect your statutory rights in the event of defective or non-conforming goods.
